Thanks to some nice moves Arsene Valkenaers could shoot a difficult shot in the 17th minute, which Basilio Ticho however easily saved by the left post. Basilio Ticho didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 17th minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. After 20 minutes of play, Tigres Ñacuñán FC's Israel Fero made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joos Van Looy was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Silver Squad AFC's Werner Gooris got a free kick in the 24th minute. Silver Squad AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Elvio Pueblo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. Silver Squad AFC's Joos Van Looy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaston Koldo in the 33rd minute of play. Gaston Koldo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Joos Van Looy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 37 minutes into the match, Israel Fero notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of Silver Squad AFC's Joos Van Looy. Joos Van Looy was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Joos Van Looy didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Elvio Pueblo went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-6 was the resulting score. Joos Van Looy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaston Koldo in the 43rd minute of play. Jacque Van den Gans sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-6 lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tommie Andriesens stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tigres Ñacuñán FC's Israel Fero got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Tigres Ñacuñán FC's Elvio Pueblo got a free kick in the 60th minute. The long shot by Simon Frascuelo in the 65th minute really tested Joos Van Looy's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Silver Squad AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 68th minute, when Israel Fero scored to the left of an out of position Joos Van Looy, making the score, 1-7. In the 74th minute, Elvio Pueblo made a precise shot to the right of Joos Van Looy. Silver Squad AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-9. Joos Van Looy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patricio Donio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 79 minutes into the match, Silver Squad AFC's goalkeeper Joos Van Looy had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Elvio Pueblo. 80 minutes into the match, Patricio Donio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Joos Van Looy. Silver Squad AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Patricio Donio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-10. In the 91st minute, Elvio Pueblo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joos Van Looy was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-11. In the 95th minute of the match Tommie Andriesens sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Basilio Ticho skillfully saved the ball.
