With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dario Abadie in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nildo Braga saved Tio Patinhas from getting behind. Nildo Braga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dario Abadie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Freestyle futbol club's Dario Abadie in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Tio Patinhas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Freestyle futbol club the free kick. Freestyle futbol club were awarded a corner in the 36th minute after Tio Patinhas's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cristian Mendiko took the corner. When Geraldo Miranda in the 39th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Marcos Rocendo kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 1-0 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aquilino Nabar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
