Lucjan Purzycki was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Antoine Gilson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olaf Przewozik, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Sliema Dragons FC's Antoine Gilson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Sliema Dragons FC from getting a goal against them. Lucjan Purzycki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christopher Talbot in the 15th minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Matt Camenzuli got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Lucjan Purzycki quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Sliema Dragons FC's Antoine Gilson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olaf Przewozik in the 18th minute of play. Jacek Budzynski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Antoine Gilson made a huge save. 25 minutes into the match, Sliema Dragons FC's goalkeeper Antoine Gilson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ksawery Kasprzak. KANONIERZY's Lucjan Purzycki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ryan Grima in the 29th minute of play. In the 32nd minute, Matt Camenzuli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Antoine Gilson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olaf Przewozik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lucjan Purzycki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivan Hyzler in the 37th minute of play. In the 38th minute, KANONIERZY's Wojciech Ikalewicz seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Wojciech Ikalewicz the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of KANONIERZY protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Wojciech Ikalewicz had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Lucjan Purzycki had in the 39thth minute some difficulties stopping Matt Camenzuli's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After a defensive mix-up in KANONIERZY's zone, Tyrone Casha stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lucjan Purzycki came out of the goal and Tyrone Casha tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The KANONIERZY players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Sliema Dragons FC were winning 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tyrone Casha to make the kick off. Ryan Grima sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of KANONIERZY booed when Sliema Dragons FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christopher Talbot didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Sliema Dragons FC's zone, Ksawery Kasprzak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Antoine Gilson came out of the goal and Ksawery Kasprzak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tyrone Casha could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Lucjan Purzycki made a huge save. Jacek Budzynski kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Lucjan Purzycki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ryan Grima, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Sliema Dragons FC's Antoine Gilson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ludomir Werra in the 65th minute of play. In the 67th match minute, Sliema Dragons FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isaac Grimaud to maneuver through the defense. Lucjan Purzycki came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Sliema Dragons FC's Tyrone Casha. But to his dismay, Tyrone Casha quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Ksawery Kasprzak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The KANONIERZY supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Sliema Dragons FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Sliema Dragons FC.
