Geovanni Ramos helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of GARGOYLES booed when Barões F. C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geovanni Ramos didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Velislav Shukerov in the 11th minute of play forced Barões F. C.'s goalkeeper Júlio Baiano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Erik Loureiro in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Stayko Kalugerov saved GARGOYLES from getting behind. 19 minutes into the game, one of Barões F. C.:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The audience thought a goal was coming when Yoan Sakúzov got free with Júlio Baiano in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Júlio Baiano had great luck who in the 25thth minute grab hold of the ball when Yoan Sakúzov from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. 27 minutes into the match, Barões F. C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Velislav Shukerov came free, but Júlio Baiano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. C.'s Júlio Baiano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Barões F. C. from getting a goal against them. Stayko Kalugerov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luisito Pistolelis in the 39th minute of play. 46 minutes into the match, Barões F. C.'s goalkeeper Júlio Baiano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Yoan Sakúzov.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Yoan Sakúzov to make the kick off. Desislav Kabakov's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Júlio Baiano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. Marian Zyskowski's late challenge caught a Barões F. C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. GARGOYLES's Stayko Kalugerov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erik Loureiro in the 88th minute of play.
