Johny Godefroid kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Örsjö's Ludwig Bergsten shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 4th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Eddy Stoorms but with some difficulty. Eddy Stoorms made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arvid Andreasson in the 5th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arvid Andreasson got free with Eddy Stoorms in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Invictus FC's Anthoon Borginions got a free kick in the 8th minute. With a little luck, Invictus FC's Eddy Stoorms got control of the ball when Jim Sjöström tried to sneak it across the goal line. 13 minutes into the game, Dreas Caers was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Invictus FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Örsjö the free kick. Johny Godefroid fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elof Karlsson having to interfere. Örsjö's Elof Karlsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johny Godefroid in the 22nd minute of play. After 25 played minutes Örsjö got a freekick which was hit by Leif Classon. Arvid Andreasson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Eddy Stoorms made a huge save. Dreas Caers hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. When Invictus FC's Herve Pulix in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Örsjö's goalie prevented a goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Herve Pulix made a kick off. Invictus FC's Eddy Stoorms played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jim Sjöström in the 51st minute of play. Eddy Stoorms showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arvid Andreasson in the 52nd minute of the match. 66 minutes into the match, Arvid Andreasson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eddy Stoorms. Invictus FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arvid Andreasson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Eddy Stoorms made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arvid Andreasson in the 69th minute of play. Eddy Stoorms took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arvid Andreasson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arvid Andreasson in the 77th minute of play forced Invictus FC's goalkeeper Eddy Stoorms to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Invictus FC defense, Kåre Utter kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eddy Stoorms. The Invictus FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eddy Stoorms should have stopped the shot. Arvid Andreasson scored 3-0 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eddy Stoorms, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Örsjö fans cheered their team off the field, for while Invictus FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
