With a couple of smart ball manuevers Diogenis Gittas in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benedicto Farias saved Pianello del Lario FC from getting behind. Ovidio Urtsin kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Benedicto Farias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antonis Ikonomeas, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Ovidio Urtsin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pianello del Lario FC's Anier Misael managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Aimilios Lagos in the 27 minute of the game. If Melchor Kelemen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to AC Milan getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Diogenis Gittas hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in AC Milan's zone, Melchor Kelemen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nikos Kosmidis came out of the goal and Melchor Kelemen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Benedicto Farias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diogenis Gittas, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Claudio Acevedo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Melchor Kelemen to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, AC Milan's goal looked a bit too open when Melchor Kelemen came free, but Nikos Kosmidis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Melchor Kelemen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ovidio Tohias took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nikos Kosmidis. Nikos Kosmidis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Nikos Kosmidis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anier Misael, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Konstantinos Triantafyllopoulos hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. In the 79th minute, Giotis Sferopoulos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Melchor Kelemen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 83rd minute Antonis Ikonomeas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benedicto Farias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
