BELGRANO's goal looked a bit too open when Homero Igrejas came free, but Martin Rito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 17th minute, Alexandre Silva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kristopher Johnson was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Isidro Mendebal. 19 minutes into the match, C. A. BELGRANO's goal looked a bit too open when Jesualdo Pedroso came free, but Martin Rito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Isaias Bonifaco dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Kristopher Johnson, 1-0. In the 26th minute, Homero Igrejas made a precise shot to the right of Martin Rito. C. A. BELGRANO's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Martin Rito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexandre Silva in the 29th minute of play. A collision led to C. A. BELGRANO getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Teo Lauren hit a great ball. Martin Rito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexandre Silva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Martin Rito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miroslav Klose, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. 40 minutes into the game, Jesualdo Pedroso cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Martin Rito was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 45th minute, Jesualdo Pedroso made a precise shot to the right of Martin Rito. C. A. BELGRANO's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. After the first half QUINTA DAS LUZES F.C. were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

C. A. BELGRANO's Martin Rito proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save C. A. BELGRANO from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexandre Silva in the 62nd minute of play forced C. A. BELGRANO's goalkeeper Martin Rito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Homero Igrejas took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Martin Rito to make any attempt to save it. Delmiro Ledesma kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. C. A. BELGRANO's Martin Rito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jesualdo Pedroso in the 75th minute of play. After 76 minutes of play, QUINTA DAS LUZES F.C.'s Homero Igrejas made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Martin Rito was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 80 minutes, Amadeo Amor mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C. A. BELGRANO and the QUINTA DAS LUZES F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. Amadeo Amor hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Alexandre Silva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Rito having to interfere. After some careless play in the C. A. BELGRANO defense, Homero Igrejas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Martin Rito. The C. A. BELGRANO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Martin Rito should have stopped the shot. In the 88th minute, Jesualdo Pedroso left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The QUINTA DAS LUZES F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-7. After 90 played minutes QUINTA DAS LUZES F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Alexandre Silva. QUINTA DAS LUZES F.C.'s fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
