With a little luck, Valette Stars's 蔡雄云 got control of the ball when Augusto Stephen tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saul Eriz in the 21st minute of play forced Pombal 2003 F.C.'s goalkeeper Zé Galvão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 25 minutes, 蔡雄云 successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Mihály Medgyesi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 31 minutes into the match, Pombal 2003 F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Saul Eriz came free, but Zé Galvão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pombal 2003 F.C.'s Zé Galvão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wawrzyniec Kochowski in the 32nd minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Valette Stars's Pierre-Antoine Landemaine was substituted for Dan Pruvot. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Saul Eriz made a kick off. In the 53rd minute, Pierre-Antoine Landemaine hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 54th minute of the match Kasper Almstedt shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but 蔡雄云 showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Kilian Risse charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kilian Risse the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. But to his dismay, Mihály Medgyesi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Augusto Stephen in the 83rd minute of play forced Valette Stars's goalkeeper 蔡雄云 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pombal 2003 F.C.'s Kasper Almstedt was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but 蔡雄云 in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The supporters of Pombal 2003 F.C. booed when Valette Stars was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saul Eriz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Valette Stars's 蔡雄云 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mihály Medgyesi in the 88th minute of play. Valette Stars's Saul Eriz got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Augusto Stephen charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
