Staffan Joensson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicklas Axelsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. 12 minutes into the match, Villiam Alströmmer notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Baxters Boys's Staffan Joensson. Staffan Joensson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Vidar Walroth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jim Dahlquist in the 46th minute of the match. After the first half DIF LEEDS BK were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After 51 played minutes Baxters Boys got a freekick which was hit by Staffan Åman. Nicklas Axelsson scored 0-3 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Staffan Joensson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 64 minutes into the match, DIF LEEDS BK's goal looked a bit too open when Uzay Gencalp came free, but Vidar Walroth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Staffan Joensson was out of position in the 84 minute of play, and Alfred Rönn capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Alfred Rönn really showed his touch with that goal: 1-4.
