Wally Urbina succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 7th playminute. 13 minutes into the match, Wally Urbina notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Sprite Star Football's Betão Paraíba. Betão Paraíba was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Nelson Insfrán showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christiano Ramalho in the 17th minute of the match. EL LOBO DE MIAMI's Nelson Insfrán played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christiano Ramalho in the 18th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marquinhos Falcão in the 19th minute of play forced EL LOBO DE MIAMI's goalkeeper Nelson Insfrán to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Sprite Star Football getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Marquinhos Falcão hit a great ball. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Sprite Star Football's goalkeeper Betão Paraíba, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Betão Paraíba made an important save on a dangerous shot by Werner Uhl in the 26th minute. In the 27th minute Wally Urbina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Betão Paraíba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nelson Insfrán showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Montenegro in the 32nd minute of the match. Rob Singer kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. After some careless play in the EL LOBO DE MIAMI defense, Christiano Ramalho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nelson Insfrán. The EL LOBO DE MIAMI fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nelson Insfrán should have stopped the shot. In the 43rd minute, Wally Urbina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wally Urbina recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Oséas Freire was the one to do the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Christiano Ramalho got free with Nelson Insfrán in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rob Singer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Betão Paraíba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Betão Paraíba showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rob Singer, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Marquinhos Falcão kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. 61 minutes into the match, Sprite Star Football's goal looked a bit too open when Werner Uhl came free, but Betão Paraíba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 62 minutes into the match, Sprite Star Football's goal looked a bit too open when Wally Urbina came free, but Betão Paraíba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 62 minutes in the game, Wally Urbina dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Betão Paraíba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wally Urbina in the 64th minute of play. Sprite Star Football made a substitution. Monge Mong replaced Daniel Montenegro. EL LOBO DE MIAMI were awarded a corner in the 68th minute after Sprite Star Football's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ernest Knowles took the corner. Ernest Knowles made a great header on EL LOBO DE MIAMI's corner, it was just that Sprite Star Football's Betão Paraíba managed to reach the ball for a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Werner Uhl in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Betão Paraíba saved Sprite Star Football from getting behind. Nelson Insfrán made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Monge Mong sent off a good shot on target. Fernandão Lara hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Sprite Star Football's Monge Mong slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Nelson Insfrán. That made the score 2-2 after 83 minutes of play. After 92 minutes of play, Sprite Star Football's Christiano Ramalho made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nelson Insfrán was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nelson Insfrán took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oséas Freire, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Sprite Star Football supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Sprite Star Football would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
