But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Enginsu Necaettin couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Academia de Campeones's Amadeo Ugutz got a free kick in the 11th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Academia de Campeones's zone, Hızır Zeynelabidin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fernando Rodas came out of the goal and Hızır Zeynelabidin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 15 minutes in the game, Juan Barros fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Celalettin Mert having to interfere. The supporters of Academia de Campeones booed when XL-Azrail Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Batıkan Tekcan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Academia de Campeones's Fernando Rodas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hızır Zeynelabidin in the 20th minute of play. Kai Havertz took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Celalettin Mert. Celalettin Mert dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After 28 played minutes XL-Azrail Team got a freekick which was hit by Erman İmge. Celalettin Mert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kai Havertz, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. In the 32nd minute Gur Aslan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernando Rodas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 37th minute, Şafak Akgüngör got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Academia de Campeones getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Denis Blasco hit a great ball. Hayri Sözmen's late challenge caught a Academia de Campeones's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hayri Sözmen helped the player get up and apologised. After 44 played minutes XL-Azrail Team got a freekick which was hit by Hayri Sözmen. Enginsu Necaettin kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Celalettin Mert made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fabian Bernaldo in the 46th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Fernando Rodas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hızır Zeynelabidin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 53 minutes into the match, Luciano Ospetsu notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of XL-Azrail Team's Celalettin Mert. Celalettin Mert was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Juan Barros hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. A collision led to Academia de Campeones getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Juan Barros hit a great ball. Hayri Sözmen's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 66thth minute, Fernando Rodas skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 74 minutes into the game, German Feliu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Academia de Campeones's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave XL-Azrail Team the free kick. German Feliu kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Academia de Campeones's defense didn't have a chance, in the 77th minute, when Hayri Sözmen scored to the left of an out of position Fernando Rodas, making the score, 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gur Aslan in the 81st minute of play forced Academia de Campeones's goalkeeper Fernando Rodas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Şafak Akgüngör could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Fernando Rodas made a huge save. Celalettin Mert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luciano Ospetsu in the 87th minute of the match. After 90 minutes of play, Academia de Campeones's Luciano Ospetsu made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Celalettin Mert was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 94th minute, XL-Azrail Team's Hayri Sözmen ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Fernando Rodas. Fernando Rodas yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-2.
