Ovidio Lastur yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Luisinho Cardozo scored 2-0 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ovidio Lastur, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ovidio Lastur made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Alex Soares sent off a good shot on target. 15 minutes into the match, Alex Soares had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ovidio Lastur. Pink Floyd's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alex Soares was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. 20 minutes into the game, Alex Soares recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ovidio Lastur. Alex Soares showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when José Paulo Saraiva got free with Ovidio Lastur in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 27 minutes into the game, ♞Sir Galahad FC♞'s Alex Soares nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ovidio Lastur made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. 30 minutes into the match, Pink Floyd's goalkeeper Ovidio Lastur had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by José Paulo Saraiva. Pink Floyd's defense didn't have a chance, in the 32nd minute, when Wanderson Nogueira scored to the left of an out of position Ovidio Lastur, making the score, 7-0. José Paulo Saraiva hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind ♞Sir Galahad FC♞'s goalkeeper Simão Cunha, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 44th minute, Alex Soares left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ♞Sir Galahad FC♞ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. 47 minutes into the game, Gilvan Vargas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ♞Sir Galahad FC♞'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pink Floyd the free kick. In the 47th minute, Gilvan Vargas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 8-0.

In the 52nd minute, Alex Soares made a precise shot to the right of Ovidio Lastur. Pink Floyd's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-0. A collision led to Pink Floyd getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Humberto Cutberto hit a great ball. When Wanderson Nogueira fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ♞Sir Galahad FC♞'s protests and gave Wanderson Nogueira a yellow card for diving instead. Pink Floyd's Ovidio Lastur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luisinho Cardozo in the 67th minute of play. In the 70th minute, Luisinho Cardozo made a precise shot to the right of Ovidio Lastur. Pink Floyd's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 10-0. After a rather tough play, ♞Sir Galahad FC♞'s Alex Soares got a free kick in the 73rd minute. After some careless play in the Pink Floyd defense, Luisinho Cardozo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ovidio Lastur. The Pink Floyd fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ovidio Lastur should have stopped the shot. Ovidio Lastur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luisinho Cardozo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, ♞Sir Galahad FC♞'s José Paulo Saraiva got a free kick in the 87th minute. Ovidio Lastur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Paulo Saraiva, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. 95 minutes into the game, ♞Sir Galahad FC♞'s Wanderson Nogueira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ovidio Lastur made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 12-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. ♞Sir Galahad FC♞ fully deserved thier win.
