A collision led to Magnistar getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Kacper Deput hit a great ball. In the 3rd minute of the match Pelle Nykvist shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ruy Faria showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Magnistar's Ruy Faria played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Malte Olofsson in the 7th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sune Svartengren in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ruy Faria prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Magnistar's zone, Josef Hellbom stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ruy Faria came out of the goal and Josef Hellbom tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ruy Faria showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sune Svartengren, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Remo Ramos charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Remo Ramos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Luís de Godoi kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Gustav Norberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from João Francisco Goiano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 41 minutes into the match, Göran Sjögren notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Magnistar's Ruy Faria. Ruy Faria was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Josef Hellbom scored 1-3 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ruy Faria, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 51st minute, Sune Svartengren reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ruy Faria. The goal made the score 1-4. After some careless play in the Aro FC defense, Kacper Deput kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gustav Norberg. The Aro FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gustav Norberg should have stopped the shot. After 58 minutes of play, Aro FC's Sune Svartengren made it 2-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ruy Faria was left in no man's land by his defense there! 61 minutes into the game, Malte Olofsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Aro FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Magnistar the free kick. In the 62nd match minute, Aro FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Malte Olofsson to maneuver through the defense. Sune Svartengren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 69 minutes into the game, Göran Sjögren was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Aro FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Magnistar the free kick. 72 minutes into the game, Aro FC's Josef Hellbom nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ruy Faria made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-7. Sune Svartengren struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Ruy Faria didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aro FC. Ruy Faria came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Aro FC's Sune Svartengren. But to his dismay, Sune Svartengren quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-8. Sune Svartengren's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 87thth minute, Ruy Faria skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Josef Hellbom could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Ruy Faria made a huge save. Sune Svartengren in the 92ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ruy Faria, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Sune Svartengren kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match.
