Spectators: 184 (Terracing: 139, Seating: 42, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Efraín Soler started the match with the kick off. Alexis Byers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Nils Boeholt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Ernesto Daniel Paillao fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Capo de Provincia's protests and gave Ernesto Daniel Paillao a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Capo de Provincia's Ernesto Daniel Paillao got a free kick in the 5th minute. Ferrando Magallanes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gordon Barlag went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 10th minute, Juan Riquelme hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Capo de Provincia booed when Randers A.F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frans Beilegaard didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ferrando Magallanes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gordon Barlag in the 19th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Efraín Soler in the 21st minute of play forced Randers A.F.C.'s goalkeeper Nils Boeholt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute of the match Capo de Provincia got a corner. Randers A.F.C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Próspero Imaz ran over to the corner to take the kick. Ferrando Magallanes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thorleif Ernholtz in the 28th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nicolas Tantholt during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Nicolas Tantholt kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Capo de Provincia's Juan Riquelme got a free kick in the 43rd minute. In the 44th minute, Gordon Barlag ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ferrando Magallanes was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gordon Barlag to strike the kick off in the second half. Gordon Barlag fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferrando Magallanes having to interfere. 55 minutes into the match, Capo de Provincia's goalkeeper Ferrando Magallanes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gordon Barlag. With a little luck, Capo de Provincia's Ferrando Magallanes got control of the ball when Baltazar Sally tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 61st minute Juan Riquelme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nils Boeholt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Efraín Soler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Capo de Provincia's Efraín Soler got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Efraín Soler recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Efraín Soler's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nils Boeholt read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. Pedro Hernández hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Randers A.F.C.'s Baltazar Sally got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Ernesto Daniel Paillao was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 87 minutes had been played. The supporters of Randers A.F.C. booed when Capo de Provincia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ernesto Daniel Paillao didn't get a good kick on the ball. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
