Stanko Gerchev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baba Ba, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. A collision led to FC Aytos getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Blagoy Parizov hit a great ball. In the 15th minute, Bitxintxo Lobado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Baba Ba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of FC Aytos booed when Wrexham was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ignacio Jofre didn't get a good kick on the ball. Stanko Gerchev was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Dimitri Payet showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 22 minute of play. If Kang Feng Kun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Baba Ba received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Stanko Gerchev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to FC Aytos getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Denislav Rapondzhiev hit a great ball. When Joppe Hvenegaard came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Wrexham fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joppe Hvenegaard couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Wrexham getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Eguzki Montecino hit a great ball. In the 45th minute of the match Yani Hikov shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lorenz Ureta showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 47th minute, Eduard Helbling ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lorenz Ureta was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Baba Ba stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Baba Ba managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wrexham's supporters rose to their feet, but Baba Ba was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Stanko Gerchev breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 66th minute, Blagoy Parizov made a precise shot to the right of Lorenz Ureta. Wrexham's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2. In the 68th minute Eduard Helbling shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lorenz Ureta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 68th play minute Eduard Helbling came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Lorenz Ureta. 4-3. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Aytos's goalkeeper Stanko Gerchev, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 76th minute of the match Yani Hikov shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lorenz Ureta showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Kang Feng Kun hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Baba Ba managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stanko Gerchev came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Wrexham's Baba Ba. But to his dismay, Baba Ba quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-3. When Kostadin Davitkov fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Aytos's protests and gave Kostadin Davitkov a yellow card for diving instead. When Wrexham's Baba Ba in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Aytos's goalie prevented a goal. Stanko Gerchev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiro Ba in the 87th minute of the match. In the 89th minute, FC Aytos's Kang Feng Kun ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Lorenz Ureta. Lorenz Ureta yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-4. 97 minutes into the match, FC Aytos's goal looked a bit too open when Ivon Gasca came free, but Stanko Gerchev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Wrexham had played much better football throughout.
