An unexpectedly hard shot by Kennet Emander in the 17th minute of play forced Malteria Hudson FC's goalkeeper Leonardo Bastiaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Orlando Mendez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 19th minute Orlando Mendez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfons Edström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Malteria Hudson FC booed when Roma was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Per-Erik Stolpe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alfons Edström was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Orlando Mendez showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 23 minute of play. In the 28th minute, Feliberto Naike made a precise shot to the right of Alfons Edström. Roma's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Orlando Mendez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Malteria Hudson FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Orlando Mendez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alfons Edström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 33rd minute, Orlando Mendez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Malteria Hudson FC's Leonardo Bastiaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kennet Emander in the 35th minute of play. The supporters of Roma booed when Malteria Hudson FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Orlando Mendez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Feliberto Naike took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alfons Edström. Alfons Edström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Alfons Edström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orlando Mendez in the 45th minute of play. After 48 played minutes Orlando Mendez could catch the ball where he stood relatively free a bit outside the goal and without hesitation he completed 5-0 into the left cross. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. 史朋辉 was the one to do the kick off. Orlando Mendez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Feliberto Naike received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Alfons Edström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alfons Edström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Orlando Mendez, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. With a little luck, Malteria Hudson FC's Leonardo Bastiaro got control of the ball when 史朋辉 tried to sneak it across the goal line. Leonardo Bastiaro made an important save on a dangerous shot by 史朋辉 in the 66th minute. A collision led to Roma getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Edvard Rosendahl hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Feliberto Naike managed to get in a good position for a shot. Malteria Hudson FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Feliberto Naike was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alfons Edström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. During the 79th minute of the match Ivar Björklund completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Ivar Björklund a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 80th match minute, Roma was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivar Björklund to maneuver through the defense. Alfons Edström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Feliberto Naike in the 81st minute of play. 81 minutes into the game, Alexander Offendahl was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Roma's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Malteria Hudson FC the free kick. In the 85th minute, Feliberto Naike left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Malteria Hudson FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. If Orlando Mendez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Malteria Hudson FC fully deserved thier win.
