Chacarita Futsal's Emilio Munio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manuelo Artero in the 5th minute of play. Jesus Berbiz was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 6 minutes into the match. The supporters of Claretiano FC booed when Chacarita Futsal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jesus Berbiz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Emilio Munio was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Dalmu Torre. Armando Navarro hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. 9 minutes into the game, Niceto Leheren was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chacarita Futsal's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Claretiano FC the free kick. Chacarita Futsal's Emilio Munio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Chacarita Futsal from getting a goal against them. Dalmu Torre made a great header on Claretiano FC's corner, it was just that Chacarita Futsal's Emilio Munio managed to reach the ball for a save. Emilio Munio made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Ralondo Bergada sent off a good shot on target. Chacarita Futsal's defense didn't have a chance, in the 25th minute, when Daunte Campuzano scored to the left of an out of position Emilio Munio, making the score, 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daunte Campuzano in the 28th minute of play forced Chacarita Futsal's goalkeeper Emilio Munio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chacarita Futsal's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Quintan in the 36th minute. After 38 minutes of play, Chacarita Futsal's Evaristo Perez made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Feliciano Lubiano was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 40 played minutes Claretiano FC got a freekick which was hit by Honorio Valcarce. Emilio Munio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daunte Campuzano in the 42nd minute of the match. In the 44th minute of the match Claretiano FC got a corner. Chacarita Futsal's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Dalmu Torre ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Dalmu Torre almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Chacarita Futsal's Emilio Munio did a great save. 46 minutes into the match, Chacarita Futsal's goal looked a bit too open when Enzo Betoño came free, but Emilio Munio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Evaristo Perez to make the kick off. Lothar Matthäus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Evaristo Perez got free with Feliciano Lubiano in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 64 played minutes Claretiano FC got a freekick which was hit by Ralondo Bergada. Chacarita Futsal's Åke Röd was substituted for Lothar Matthäus. Ralondo Bergada hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. 71 minutes into the game, Chacarita Futsal's Åke Röd nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Feliciano Lubiano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Chacarita Futsal made a substitution. Constantino Mikeldi replaced Lucas Marques. 76 minutes into the game, Luciano Cadorniga was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Claretiano FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chacarita Futsal the free kick. In the 77th minute, Luciano Cadorniga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Chacarita Futsal were awarded a corner in the 83th minute after Claretiano FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Quintan took the corner. The corner led to Chacarita Futsal's Niceto Leheren getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. In the 86th minute, Chacarita Futsal's Åke Röd ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Feliciano Lubiano. Feliciano Lubiano yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-3. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Claretiano FC's goalkeeper Feliciano Lubiano, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Feliciano Lubiano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Åke Röd in the 89th minute. The supporters of Chacarita Futsal booed when Claretiano FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luciano Cadorniga didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 91st minute Evaristo Perez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feliciano Lubiano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 92nd minute, Madeo Valines left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Claretiano FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-3. 94 minutes into the match, Chacarita Futsal's goal looked a bit too open when Daunte Campuzano came free, but Emilio Munio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
