In the 5th minute Mauricio Gartzea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diego Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 12 minutes into the match, ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ's goal looked a bit too open when Lastra Estevis came free, but Modesto Weterio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ defense, Tin Delgado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Modesto Weterio. The ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Modesto Weterio should have stopped the shot. After 20 minutes of play, CANTERANOS DMS's Edson Gandulla made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Modesto Weterio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Modesto Weterio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tin Delgado in the 25th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lastra Estevis in the 28th minute of play forced ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ's goalkeeper Modesto Weterio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Horacio Confesor scored 1-2 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Diego Kahn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Modesto Weterio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edson Gandulla in the 33rd minute of play. When Bran Anievas fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CANTERANOS DMS's protests and gave Bran Anievas a yellow card for diving instead. In the 41st match minute, CANTERANOS DMS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bran Anievas to maneuver through the defense. 45 minutes into the match, CANTERANOS DMS's goal looked a bit too open when Mauricio Gartzea came free, but Diego Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tin Delgado in the 47th minute of play forced ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ's goalkeeper Modesto Weterio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half CANTERANOS DMS were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tin Delgado to strike the kick off in the second half. Modesto Weterio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lastra Estevis, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. In the 52nd match minute, ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfredo Rencio to maneuver through the defense. In the 53rd minute Tin Delgado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Modesto Weterio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When CANTERANOS DMS's Edson Gandulla in the 61st minute got a chance for a shot 61st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 82 minutes into the game, Arnaldo Cresconio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CANTERANOS DMS the free kick. Arnaldo Cresconio hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 87 minutes, Tin Delgado took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Modesto Weterio to make any attempt to save it. 92 minutes into the match, CANTERANOS DMS's goal looked a bit too open when Mauricio Gartzea came free, but Diego Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ's Modesto Weterio got control of the ball when Lastra Estevis tried to sneak it across the goal line. ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ's Arnaldo Cresconio got his second yellow card of the match in the 94th minute. The ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. CANTERANOS DMS were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
