After a defensive mix-up in Fecha Libre's zone, Pedro Rainerio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sergio Romero came out of the goal and Pedro Rainerio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Sebastian Hunfredo came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Villa Mitre City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sebastian Hunfredo couldn't finish the play. After having played for 23 minutes, Blas Otsoa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fecha Libre's supporters crossed their fingers, but Blas Otsoa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 26 played minutes Fecha Libre got a freekick which was hit by Ale Garna. In the 28th minute Dalmacio Endura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sergio Romero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Pedro Rainerio came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Villa Mitre City fans jumped to their feet. In the 37th minute Dalmacio Endura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sergio Romero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Villa Mitre City's Dalmacio Endura got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Fecha Libre's Angel Chus got a free kick in the 42nd minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dalmacio Endura stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Dalmacio Endura sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Fecha Libre getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Sergios Ramos hit a great ball. After having played for 72 minutes, Isidro Celio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Villa Mitre City's Filiberto Nofre proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Villa Mitre City from getting a goal against them. In the 76thth minute of the game Juliane Alvarez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Villa Mitre City's Filiberto Nofre was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Juliane Alvarez in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Filiberto Nofre prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Thanks to some nice moves Isidro Celio could shoot a difficult shot in the 78th minute, which Filiberto Nofre however easily saved by the left post. After 80 minutes Villa Mitre City's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sergios Ramos who took care of the corner kick. Sergios Ramos made a great header on Fecha Libre's corner, it was just that Villa Mitre City's Filiberto Nofre managed to reach the ball for a save. Dalmacio Endura received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Sergio Romero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sergio Romero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cayetano Onofre in the 83rd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dalmacio Endura in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sergio Romero saved Fecha Libre from getting behind. In the 95th minute Dalmacio Endura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sergio Romero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
