The referee ignored Sarmiento de Resistencia's protests and gave Agustin Cayo a yellow card for diving instead. After 8 played minutes Sarmiento de Resistencia got a freekick which was hit by Agustin Cayo. Orla Talgart received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Bernabe George tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 28th match minute, TeamGurre was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kaj Brunshøj to maneuver through the defense. After 29 played minutes, Sarmiento de Resistencia's Romulo Sarmiento shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Konstantin Plovkvist came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sarmiento de Resistencia reached it. TeamGurre's Svenning Abstrup pulled a muscle in his back after 36 minutes and couldn't finish the game. 36 minutes into the game, Gabriel Cebo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sarmiento de Resistencia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave TeamGurre the free kick. The supporters of TeamGurre booed when Sarmiento de Resistencia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabriel Cebo didn't get a good kick on the ball. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Orla Talgart was the one to do the kick off. Esteban Lucian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Konstantin Plovkvist having to interfere. Orla Talgart fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernabe George having to interfere. After some careless play in the TeamGurre defense, Esteban Lucian kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Konstantin Plovkvist. The TeamGurre fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Konstantin Plovkvist should have stopped the shot. A collision led to TeamGurre getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Hans Herrik hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in TeamGurre's zone, Esteban Lucian stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Konstantin Plovkvist came out of the goal and Esteban Lucian tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. TeamGurre's Konstantin Plovkvist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save TeamGurre from getting a goal against them. The TeamGurre supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Sarmiento de Resistencia's performance. The match ended with a win for Sarmiento de Resistencia.
