In the 8th match minute, Boca Juniors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eustacio Mitxaut to maneuver through the defense. Martin Gau's late challenge caught a Boca Juniors's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Martin Gau helped the player get up and apologised. 11 minutes into the game, one of Inter Nados:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 12 minutes into the game, Feliberto Santio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Armando Koldo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Silvério Velasco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Inter Nados's supporters rose to their feet, but Silvério Velasco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Romulo Rameriz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Armando Koldo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eustacio Mitxaut in the 17th minute of the match. 25 minutes into the match, Leonardo Valente notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Boca Juniors's Romulo Rameriz. Romulo Rameriz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Boca Juniors getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Feliberto Santio couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eustacio Mitxaut got free with Armando Koldo in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Carlos Rudolfo kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Rodrigo Froylan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
