An unexpectedly hard shot by Fagondo Vasquez in the 16th minute of play forced The Beatles's goalkeeper Cauã Xavier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pelayo Villoldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hernani Medeiros in the 17th minute of play. 25 minutes into the game, Fagondo Vasquez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Cauã Xavier was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 28 played minutes Austral FC got a freekick which was hit by Bartoleme Fajardo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fagondo Vasquez in the 31st minute of play forced The Beatles's goalkeeper Cauã Xavier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 33rd match minute, The Beatles was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gabriel Varela to maneuver through the defense. In the 33rd minute of the match Egun Cantoral shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cauã Xavier showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Corderro Baragaño hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. After 43 minutes, Natalio Nazario mouthed his way into the referee's book. Pelayo Villoldo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hernani Medeiros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Rômulo Baiano kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. In the 53rd match minute, Austral FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Perez Villachica to maneuver through the defense. 59 minutes into the match, Hernani Medeiros notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Austral FC's Pelayo Villoldo. Pelayo Villoldo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Pelayo Villoldo came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by The Beatles's Hernani Medeiros. But to his dismay, Hernani Medeiros quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. The Beatles made a substitution. Tostão Cordeiro replaced Carlos Eduardo Fernandes. After 73 played minutes The Beatles got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Varela. Gabriel Varela kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Natalio Nazario who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 74thth minute tested the skills of Cauã Xavier when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Pelayo Villoldo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jorge de Sena in the 79th minute of the match. Austral FC's Pelayo Villoldo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge de Sena in the 81st minute of play. Pelayo Villoldo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hernani Medeiros, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jorge de Sena in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pelayo Villoldo saved Austral FC from getting behind. Marko Infiesto charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marko Infiesto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 88 played minutes Austral FC got a freekick which was hit by Marko Infiesto. After having played for 92 minutes, Fagondo Vasquez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Austral FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fagondo Vasquez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Beatles's Enrique Cosme was substituted for Rômulo Baiano. When the referee ended the match the The Beatles players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
