It was Marcelo Gallardo who took care of the corner kick. 11 minutes into the game, Musztarda Diżą's Thierry Henry nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edmund Bury made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Lucjan Kilar kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Boruc Makowski hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Edmund Bury stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Thierry Henry's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Thierry Henry in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edmund Bury prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Thierry Henry recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. TAJFUN Giszowiec's Edmund Bury played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thierry Henry in the 26th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sebastian Glogowski during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Musztarda Diżą booed when TAJFUN Giszowiec was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastian Glogowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edmund Bury was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The TAJFUN Giszowiec players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Musztarda Diżą were winning 0-4.

The wind increased when Kanu van Beek made the kick off in the second half. If Thierry Henry had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. Kanu van Beek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edmund Bury having to interfere. In the 94th match minute, TAJFUN Giszowiec was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Przemyslaw Mudry to maneuver through the defense. Musztarda Diżą's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
