Mircho Vetzev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Marcos Esdras tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 20th minute, Mircho Vetzev ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcos Esdras was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Nikola Drinov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patryk Wiater in the 38th minute of play. In the 41st minute Sava Vapordzhiev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Esdras saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 43 played minutes Laziali got a freekick which was hit by Lazar Benatov. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
