The coaching staff of unicestwiacze protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Leonard Jestrimski had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 3rd minute, one of unicestwiacze:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for unicestwiacze. Bernard Lama had in the 5thth minute some difficulties stopping Manuel Neira's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 6 minutes into the game, Stefan Ciechocki threw the ball into play from the sideline. union española s.a.'s Jaume Zegarra quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. With an all-out effort, union española s.a.'s Bernard Lama threw himself towards the right post 7 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jaume Zegarra, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Olaf Rekawiczka charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Olaf Rekawiczka the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 8th match minute, unicestwiacze was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olaf Rekawiczka to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of union española s.a. booed when unicestwiacze was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Florian Derlanga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Radowit Mentis in the 24thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Bernard Lama, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Waclaw Panasewicz during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The unicestwiacze fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bernard Lama should have stopped the shot. Bernard Lama was out of position in the 42 minute of play, and Radowit Mentis capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Radowit Mentis really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Jaume Zegarra struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Bernard Lama didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for union española s.a.. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Radowit Mentis to make the kick off. union española s.a.'s attentive Jaume Zegarra managed to snatch the ball when Stefan Ciechocki made a throw-in in the 51st minute of the game. 54 minutes into the match, Radowit Mentis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bernard Lama. unicestwiacze's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Radowit Mentis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. In the 59th minute, Fabian Dobrowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. unicestwiacze's Bernard Lama played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fulgencio Serrano in the 62nd minute of play. When union española s.a.'s Manuel Neira in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Bernard Lama was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bernard Lama showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaume Zegarra, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Américo Peralta scored 6-0 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bernard Lama, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 80th minute Jaume Zegarra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernard Lama saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 81 minutes into the match, unicestwiacze's goal looked a bit too open when Radowit Mentis came free, but Bernard Lama reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 83rd minute of the game Stefan Ciechocki made a throw-in which Olaf Rekawiczka played forward. Radowit Mentis scored 7-0 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bernard Lama, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bernard Lama didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Radowit Mentis went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaume Zegarra in the 92nd minute of play forced unicestwiacze's goalkeeper Bernard Lama to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 94 played minutes union española s.a. got a freekick which was hit by Radoslaw Czysty. Sandro Placente made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jerzy Pasterski in the 95th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the union española s.a. players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
