Rosario Escarza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jimeno Carrera in the 7th minute of play. Jimeno Carrera scored 0-1 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rosario Escarza, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 17th minute, Jimeno Carrera left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Algarrobo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Cecilio Tenorio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronny Skytt in the 22nd minute of the match. Jimeno Carrera might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rosario Escarza. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jimeno Carrera ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jimeno Carrera in the 24th minute of play forced LVCVS AVGVSTI's goalkeeper Rosario Escarza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 25 minutes into the match, LVCVS AVGVSTI's goal looked a bit too open when Friedrich Händel came free, but Rosario Escarza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 32 played minutes LVCVS AVGVSTI got a freekick which was hit by Amadeo Jax. Adolf Eichmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Felipe Gutierrez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Cecilio Tenorio made a huge save. Rosario Escarza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jimeno Carrera in the 39th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Algarrobo's Adolf Eichmann got a free kick in the 45th minute. Salvador Mateluna kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. In the 47th minute, Ronny Skytt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Du Yuan Chao to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Baldomero Chano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Cecilio Tenorio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. LVCVS AVGVSTI were awarded a corner in the 55th minute after Algarrobo's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ronny Skytt took the corner. The corner led LVCVS AVGVSTI's Ronny Skytt to fire away a dangerous shot which Cecilio Tenorio despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Algarrobo's Cecilio Tenorio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baldomero Chano in the 59th minute of play. Cecilio Tenorio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Du Yuan Chao in the 64th minute of the match. Du Yuan Chao fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cecilio Tenorio having to interfere. LVCVS AVGVSTI made a substitution. Quilino Velasco replaced Qian Yang Mo. Cecilio Tenorio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Du Yuan Chao, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. In the 73rd minute of the match, Friedrich Händel tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Rosario Escarza saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Du Yuan Chao took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cecilio Tenorio. Cecilio Tenorio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Dominic Toretto kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match.
