In the 5th minute there was a penalty for Tehlikeli Aslar. Yusuf Bahadır Yesar stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Alix Geoffray. 0-1. 14 minutes into the game, Yves Robinet cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Ediz Tuncer was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 16 minutes, Yahya Günay mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tehlikeli Aslar and the Rathmore Lime Tree players grew even worse after the yellow card. Yahya Günay hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. In the 17th minute of the match Camille Thiéblemont shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ediz Tuncer showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 19th minute, Toufik Loir got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Toufik Loir got free with Ediz Tuncer in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alix Geoffray showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bünyamin Uzhan, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Alix Geoffray came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Tehlikeli Aslar's Derman Öğüç. But to his dismay, Derman Öğüç quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. The supporters of Tehlikeli Aslar booed when Rathmore Lime Tree was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Youssef Hénot didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fabien Ayache kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. 40 minutes into the match, Rathmore Lime Tree's Yves Robinet sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ediz Tuncer narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Derman Öğüç had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Ediz Tuncer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Toufik Loir in the 51st minute of the match. With a little luck, Rathmore Lime Tree's Alix Geoffray got control of the ball when Derman Öğüç tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 56th minute, Donato Marinho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alix Geoffray was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. Rathmore Lime Tree's Pierre-Antoine Fouche was substituted for Toufik Loir. In the 60th match minute, Tehlikeli Aslar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by İlmi Öksüz to maneuver through the defense. Youssef Hénot kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Rathmore Lime Tree's Pierre-Antoine Fouche got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 79th minute, Pierre-Antoine Fouche hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pierre-Antoine Fouche's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ediz Tuncer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tehlikeli Aslar's goalkeeper Ediz Tuncer, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Camille Thiéblemont fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rathmore Lime Tree's protests and gave Camille Thiéblemont a yellow card for diving instead. After 89 played minutes Rathmore Lime Tree got a freekick which was hit by Camille Thiéblemont. The throw-in from Derman Öğüç in the 92nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Rathmore Lime Tree's Camille Thiéblemont. In the 94th minute, Camille Thiéblemont hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Tehlikeli Aslar supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Tehlikeli Aslar would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
