With a little luck, Grêmio Bulls's Marcel Jacinto got control of the ball when Mümin Yurday tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 25th minute, Gaston Walch hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 57 minutes of play, Arsenal FC's Mümin Yurday made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcel Jacinto was left in no man's land by his defense there! Grêmio Bulls's Gilberto Severo was substituted for Régis de Toledo. Arsenal FC made a substitution. Carlos Vela replaced Mümin Yurday. Tobis Joey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcel Jacinto having to interfere. After 70 played minutes Grêmio Bulls got a freekick which was hit by Cláudio Moraes. 72 minutes into the match, Grêmio Bulls's goal looked a bit too open when Tobis Joey came free, but Marcel Jacinto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jokim Frank struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Marcel Jacinto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arsenal FC. Gilberto Severo hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. In the 80th minute Carlos Vela shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcel Jacinto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcel Jacinto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Vela in the 82nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Vela in the 82nd minute of play forced Grêmio Bulls's goalkeeper Marcel Jacinto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
