When Semen Mironenko fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Unica FC's protests and gave Semen Mironenko a yellow card for diving instead. In the 9th minute Armando Quezada shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mark Hudyakov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cornelio Bermudo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nikolay Myasnikov, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. In the 19th minute Gennadiy Kulakov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cornelio Bermudo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Teofilo Herauso during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vadim Bykov in the 23rd minute of play forced Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s goalkeeper Cornelio Bermudo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mark Hudyakov was a little too slow when Armando Quezada got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 24th minute. The score was now 1-0. Teofilo Herauso kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Mark Hudyakov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Armando Quezada, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Armando Quezada struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Mark Hudyakov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥. Armando Quezada recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 42 played minutes Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥ got a freekick which was hit by Leandro Galo. Semen Mironenko scored 1-1 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cornelio Bermudo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Enrique Eutropio struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Mark Hudyakov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gennadiy Kulakov stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Unica FC's Mark Hudyakov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armando Quezada in the 51st minute of play. Cornelio Bermudo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nikolay Myasnikov, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Cornelio Bermudo was a little too slow when Vadim Bykov got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 55th minute. The score was now 1-2. Vadim Bykov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Cornelio Bermudo made a huge save. After some careless play in the Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥ defense, Vadim Bykov kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cornelio Bermudo. The Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cornelio Bermudo should have stopped the shot. Mark Hudyakov didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Armando Quezada went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. In the 66th minute, Unica FC's Gennadiy Kulakov dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-4. A throw-in in the 71st minute of the game was made by Dmitriy Cherep with Nikolay Myasnikov as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Semen Mironenko could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Cornelio Bermudo made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vincent Janssen in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mark Hudyakov saved Unica FC from getting behind. In the 83rd minute, Teofilo Herauso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 85th minute, Semen Mironenko ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cornelio Bermudo was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-5. 90 minutes into the game, Gennadiy Kulakov cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-6. Cornelio Bermudo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cornelio Bermudo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gennadiy Kulakov showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-7 in the 93 minute of play. Semen Mironenko could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Cornelio Bermudo made a huge save. Unica FC played a much better game than Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥ and deserved their victory. The Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥ players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
