Spectators: 157 (Terracing: 118, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Juan Gau made the kick off which started today's match. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, John Källberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Norrlands Athen's supporters rose to their feet, but John Källberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roque Clementi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 7thth minute of the game Juan Gau who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Norrlands Athen's Manfred Fribäck was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alijilán returns's defense didn't have a chance, in the 10th minute, when John Källberg scored to the left of an out of position Roque Clementi, making the score, 1-0. Roque Clementi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tage Backlund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by John Källberg in the 14th minute of play forced Alijilán returns's goalkeeper Roque Clementi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jakob Friberger kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan Gau in the 19th minute of play forced Norrlands Athen's goalkeeper Manfred Fribäck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26th match minute, Norrlands Athen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by John Källberg to maneuver through the defense. Roque Clementi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tage Backlund in the 35th minute. Alijilán returns's Roque Clementi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by John Källberg in the 36th minute of play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 37th minute of the game. One of Norrlands Athen:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Alijilán returns:s goal. Norrlands Athen:s Manfred Fribäck showed great skill when he stopped Ladislao Herena:s penalty. Roque Clementi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wieslaw Trzenzalski in the 41st minute. John Källberg took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Roque Clementi. Roque Clementi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tage Backlund to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Norrlands Athen's goal looked a bit too open when Juan Gaute came free, but Manfred Fribäck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alijilán returns's Roque Clementi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jakob Friberger in the 53rd minute of play. Roque Clementi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from John Källberg in the 60th minute of play. After 60 minutes, Rolando Olayo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Alijilán returns and the Norrlands Athen players grew even worse after the yellow card. Rolando Olayo kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Norrlands Athen made a substitution. John Carew replaced Tage Backlund. After a rather tough play, Alijilán returns's Faustino Madera got a free kick in the 64th minute. In the 65th minute Erik Ljusberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roque Clementi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 67 minutes of play, Norrlands Athen's Erik Ljusberg made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Roque Clementi was left in no man's land by his defense there! 70 minutes into the match, Erik Ljusberg notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Alijilán returns's Roque Clementi. Roque Clementi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Roque Clementi came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Norrlands Athen's John Carew. But to his dismay, John Carew quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Jakob Friberger struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Roque Clementi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Norrlands Athen. Manfred Fribäck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan Gaute in the 77th minute of the match. Faustino Madera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erik Ljusberg in the 90th minute of play forced Alijilán returns's goalkeeper Roque Clementi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roque Clementi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from John Carew in the 91st minute of play. After 95 minutes of play, Norrlands Athen's Erik Ljusberg made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Roque Clementi was left in no man's land by his defense there! There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Norrlands Athen fully deserved thier win.
