Takis Oikonomopoulos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sherlock Brennan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Takis Oikonomopoulos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 73 minutes into the match, St. James Gate F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Birk Vestre came free, but Todd Murphy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 75th minute Paulo Laurentzi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Todd Murphy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 77 played minutes St. James Gate F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Biddy Delaney. Nonatos United's Carlos-Caetano Bledorn Verri was substituted for Birk Vestre. The supporters of Nonatos United booed when St. James Gate F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Biddy Delaney didn't get a good kick on the ball. Todd Murphy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Salih Kılıçhan in the 84th minute of play. In the 86th match minute, St. James Gate F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rorke Colwell to maneuver through the defense. Fausto Preuss recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 89 minutes into the match, St. James Gate F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Salih Kılıçhan came free, but Todd Murphy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Todd Murphy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Tasso, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Bowie Caffrey's late challenge caught a Nonatos United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bowie Caffrey helped the player get up and apologised. After 91 played minutes St. James Gate F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Bowie Caffrey. In the 94th match minute, St. James Gate F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Berrigan Hunt to maneuver through the defense. Nonatos United's Carlos-Caetano Bledorn Verri shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 95th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Todd Murphy but with some difficulty. Nonatos United's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
