In the 4th match minute, Polly Magoo Juniors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by German Cibran to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Stanislav Dzuba during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to FK Mazda Svidník getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Stanislav Dzuba hit a great ball. In the 9th match minute, FK Mazda Svidník was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stanislav Muranský to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Michal Súľovský got free with Markus Fågel in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Michal Onofer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gösta Bergman in the 17th minute of the match. Golo Strojek could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Markus Fågel made a huge save. Mauro Otsoa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mauro Otsoa struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Michal Onofer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Polly Magoo Juniors. Torbjörn Dahlkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Michal Onofer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 29 played minutes FK Mazda Svidník got a freekick which was hit by Stanislav Dzuba. Michal Onofer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauro Otsoa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Markus Fågel made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Michal Súľovský sent off a good shot on target. Markus Fågel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Golo Strojek, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Michal Onofer came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Polly Magoo Juniors's Gösta Bergman. But to his dismay, Gösta Bergman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 43 minutes into the match, Polly Magoo Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Miloš Zilka came free, but Markus Fågel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Polly Magoo Juniors's Markus Fågel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Polly Magoo Juniors from getting a goal against them. Markus Fågel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Golo Strojek in the 46th minute of play. Michal Súľovský recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Golo Strojek made a kick off. 54 minutes into the game, FK Mazda Svidník's Golo Strojek nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Markus Fågel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After 58 played minutes Polly Magoo Juniors got a freekick which was hit by Hjálmar Jónsson. 59 minutes into the game, Golo Strojek was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FK Mazda Svidník's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Polly Magoo Juniors the free kick. When Mauro Otsoa came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Polly Magoo Juniors fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mauro Otsoa couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michal Súľovský in the 63rd minute of play forced Polly Magoo Juniors's goalkeeper Markus Fågel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Markus Fågel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michal Súľovský, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. In the 67thth minute of the game Golo Strojek who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Polly Magoo Juniors's Markus Fågel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. FK Mazda Svidník's Matej Kováč suffered a sore thigh after 68 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The supporters of FK Mazda Svidník booed when Polly Magoo Juniors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Torbjörn Dahlkvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 75th minute, Michal Súľovský ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Markus Fågel was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. After having played for 80 minutes, Mauro Otsoa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Polly Magoo Juniors's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mauro Otsoa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Markus Fågel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Golo Strojek, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 86th minute of the match FK Mazda Svidník got a corner. Polly Magoo Juniors's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Stanislav Muranský ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Stanislav Muranský almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Polly Magoo Juniors's Markus Fågel did a great save. 88 minutes into the match, Polly Magoo Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Miloš Zilka came free, but Markus Fågel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Markus Fågel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michal Súľovský in the 90th minute of the match. Gösta Bergman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. FK Mazda Svidník fully deserved thier win.
