The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the game, Apolo Santos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Kayra Virtanen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Apolo Santos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 12th minute, Apolo Santos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kayra Virtanen came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Telecaster's Matias Goyo. But to his dismay, Matias Goyo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Matias Goyo scored 0-3 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kayra Virtanen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the SaarijärvenSomaliSpartans defense, Apolo Santos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kayra Virtanen. The SaarijärvenSomaliSpartans fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kayra Virtanen should have stopped the shot. If Ruperto Matei had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pablo Acevedo's late challenge caught a SaarijärvenSomaliSpartans's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pablo Acevedo helped the player get up and apologised. Pablo Acevedo hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. In the 35th minute of the match Hernan Totakoxe shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kayra Virtanen showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 40 minutes into the match, Matias Goyo notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of SaarijärvenSomaliSpartans's Kayra Virtanen. Kayra Virtanen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 43 minutes, Tero Pärssinen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SaarijärvenSomaliSpartans and the Telecaster players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, SaarijärvenSomaliSpartans's Tero Pärssinen got a free kick in the 43rd minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Allan Kapanen stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Celedonio Quintin made in the 56th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Ernesto Aureo however managed to control. Kayra Virtanen was a little too slow when Apolo Santos got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 57th minute. The score was now 0-7. When Apolo Santos came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Telecaster fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Apolo Santos couldn't finish the play. Kayra Virtanen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernesto Aureo in the 64th minute of play. If Apolo Santos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Apolo Santos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kayra Virtanen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. 74 minutes into the match, SaarijärvenSomaliSpartans's goal looked a bit too open when Matias Goyo came free, but Kayra Virtanen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 75 minutes into the game, Veijo Tirkkonen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SaarijärvenSomaliSpartans's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Telecaster the free kick. The supporters of Telecaster booed when SaarijärvenSomaliSpartans was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Veijo Tirkkonen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rasmus Kaitainen charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rasmus Kaitainen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, SaarijärvenSomaliSpartans's Rasmus Kaitainen got a free kick in the 81st minute. With an all-out effort, Telecaster's Kayra Virtanen threw himself towards the right post 82 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Matias Goyo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Matias Goyo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 91st match minute, Telecaster was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ruperto Matei to maneuver through the defense. The SaarijärvenSomaliSpartans fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Telecaster were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
