Spectators: 171 (Terracing: 129, Seating: 39, VIP seats: 3) Thys Konings made the kick off and thus started the match. ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ's Bálint Bodnár proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 2nd minute of the match, managed to save ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ from getting a goal against them. In the 4th minute of the match Royal Antwerp F.C. got a corner. ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ryszard Dropinski ran over to the corner to take the kick. 6 minutes into the game, Yves Justens was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Royal Antwerp F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ the free kick. Lukas Coekelbergh's late challenge caught a ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lukas Coekelbergh helped the player get up and apologised. In the 8th match minute, Royal Antwerp F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lukas Coekelbergh to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gergő Tisza in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Steffe De Prins saved Royal Antwerp F.C. from getting behind. After 11 played minutes ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ got a freekick which was hit by Gergő Tisza. Antonio Vissenaeckens took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 11th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Bálint Bodnár. ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 28 minutes into the match, Gergő Tisza had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Steffe De Prins. Royal Antwerp F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gergő Tisza was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Bálint Bodnár showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thys Konings in the 36th minute of the match. Bálint Bodnár made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan Huybrechts in the 36th minute of play. Royal Antwerp F.C.'s Steffe De Prins played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrik Nagy in the 38th minute of play. Lukas Coekelbergh could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Bálint Bodnár made a huge save. The nice shot from Lukas Coekelbergh in the 39thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Bálint Bodnár had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Balázs Kovács sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 48th minute, Balázs Kovács hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gergő Tisza stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Balázs Kovács in the 52nd minute of play forced Royal Antwerp F.C.'s goalkeeper Steffe De Prins to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bálint Bodnár took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan Huybrechts, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 60 minutes into the match, Royal Antwerp F.C.'s goalkeeper Steffe De Prins had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gergő Tisza. A collision led to Royal Antwerp F.C. getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Antonio Vissenaeckens hit a great ball. Lukas Coekelbergh fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bálint Bodnár having to interfere. ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ's Bálint Bodnár played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thys Konings in the 71st minute of play. Steffe De Prins showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Balázs Kovács in the 75th minute of the match. In the 76th minute, Jan Huybrechts hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Antonio Vissenaeckens hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ's Dániel Veress got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Steffe De Prins made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Béla Győrffy in the 81st minute of play. Steffe De Prins stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gergő Tisza's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ's Balázs Kovács slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Steffe De Prins. That made the score 0-2 after 88 minutes of play. Balázs Kovács's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Steffe De Prins read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
