Spectators: 165 (Terracing: 124, Seating: 38, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Rufino Rengifo took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 6th minute, Rufino Rengifo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cleto Alonso was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Vincente Biggs showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivan Mede in the 14th minute of the match. In the 16th minute, Dante Silvanito hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Lapachito defense, Rufino Rengifo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cleto Alonso. The Lapachito fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cleto Alonso should have stopped the shot. Cleto Alonso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rufino Rengifo, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Rufino Rengifo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Baez FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rufino Rengifo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cleto Alonso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Baez FC's Dionisio Abel got a free kick in the 21st minute. In the 22nd minute of the match Zacarias Maties sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vincente Biggs skillfully saved the ball. In the 26th match minute, Lapachito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zacarias Maties to maneuver through the defense. In the 27th minute, Orlando Urquijo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vincente Biggs didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ivan Mede went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Orlando Urquijo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 40thth minute tested the skills of Cleto Alonso when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Lapachito's Zacarias Maties got a free kick in the 43rd minute. After recieving a nice pass, Baez FC's Benicio Ferreccio tried to score from far away in the 44th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. A collision led to Lapachito getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Dante Silvanito hit a great ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aquiles Lon stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Orlando Urquijo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 61st minute Rufino Rengifo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cleto Alonso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dante Silvanito charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dante Silvanito the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 67th match minute, Lapachito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dante Silvanito to maneuver through the defense. Through an outstanding action, after 75 minutes, Vincente Biggs successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Vincente Biggs stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aquiles Lon's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. The supporters of Lapachito booed when Baez FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Javiero Leyton didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 86th minute Aquiles Lon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vincente Biggs saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vincente Biggs made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivan Mede in the 93rd minute of play. Lapachito's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
