When the match clock showed 7 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Martin Arseni sped through Cha Fe FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Patricio Pepillo. In the 11th match minute, Paralia Athens was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Martin Arseni to maneuver through the defense. Bartolo Virila might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Codrin Beraru. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bartolo Virila ran back to his position shaking his head. Paralia Athens's defense didn't have a chance, in the 20th minute, when Bartolo Virila scored to the left of an out of position Codrin Beraru, making the score, 1-2. In the 30th minute Evelio Edur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Codrin Beraru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paralia Athens's Codrin Beraru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santiago Mikelar in the 31st minute of play. Codrin Beraru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santiago Mikelar in the 36th minute of play. Panait Marghescu took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Patricio Pepillo. Patricio Pepillo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. After 40 played minutes Paralia Athens got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Urdeş. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evelio Edur in the 42nd minute of play forced Paralia Athens's goalkeeper Codrin Beraru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 43 minutes into the game, Martin Arseni was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Paralia Athens's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cha Fe FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Paralia Athens's Martin Arseni got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Codrin Beraru didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 44th minute, which inside left pole to 2-3. Codrin Beraru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santiago Mikelar in the 47th minute of the match. After the first half Paralia Athens were leading 2-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Panait Marghescu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 51 minutes of play, Cha Fe FC's Bartolo Virila made it 3-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Codrin Beraru was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Martin Arseni in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Patricio Pepillo saved Cha Fe FC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evelio Edur in the 55th minute of play forced Paralia Athens's goalkeeper Codrin Beraru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cha Fe FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 57th minute, when Panait Marghescu scored to the left of an out of position Patricio Pepillo, making the score, 3-4. In the 65th minute, Panait Marghescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Paralia Athens getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Olimpiu Zgabei hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santiago Mikelar in the 72nd minute of play forced Paralia Athens's goalkeeper Codrin Beraru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bartolo Virila scored 4-4 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Codrin Beraru, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cha Fe FC's Patricio Pepillo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Cha Fe FC from getting a goal against them. Cha Fe FC's Patricio Pepillo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Panait Marghescu in the 93rd minute of play.
