Francisco Pope had in the 6thth minute some difficulties stopping Caco Lira's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 11 minutes into the match, Taura Cupincha-U18's goal looked a bit too open when Kelly Hopson came free, but Jânio Palmeira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jânio Palmeira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kelly Hopson, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Jânio Palmeira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jose José's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. The supporters of C. A. Pipon Pipon booed when Taura Cupincha-U18 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Faustão Lima didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jânio Palmeira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jose José, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Taura Cupincha-U18's defense didn't have a chance, in the 28th minute, when Jose José scored to the left of an out of position Jânio Palmeira, making the score, 1-0. Pepe Rompel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jânio Palmeira having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kelly Hopson in the 35th minute of play forced Taura Cupincha-U18's goalkeeper Jânio Palmeira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 38 played minutes Taura Cupincha-U18 got a freekick which was hit by Maicon Tepedino. Jose José sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 43 played minutes C. A. Pipon Pipon got a freekick which was hit by Owen Vera. Pepe Rompel hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. C. A. Pipon Pipon's Bobby Fisher was substituted for Jerold Floyd. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Válter Tróia made a kick off. 57 minutes into the match, Taura Cupincha-U18's goal looked a bit too open when Jose José came free, but Jânio Palmeira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Taura Cupincha-U18's Jânio Palmeira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kelly Hopson in the 82nd minute of play. C. A. Pipon Pipon's Jamel Cronshagen was substituted for Kelly Hopson. Francisco Pope showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Faustão Lima in the 88th minute of the match. In the 92nd minute Jose José shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jânio Palmeira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jânio Palmeira came out of the goal in the 97th minute to try and stop a shot by C. A. Pipon Pipon's Jamel Cronshagen. But to his dismay, Jamel Cronshagen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. C. A. Pipon Pipon walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
