Seating: 39, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Kelly Hopson took the kick off in the first half of the match. Ernest Roelofs hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Homegrown's Robbie Caluwé got a free kick in the 7th minute. C. A. Pipon Pipon's Jose José shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 8th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Geale Scheper but with some difficulty. Homegrown's Geale Scheper played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kelly Hopson in the 11th minute of play. With a little luck, Homegrown's Geale Scheper got control of the ball when Ramon Kern tried to sneak it across the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, Homegrown's goalkeeper Geale Scheper had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Owen Vera. Geale Scheper stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kelly Hopson's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Thijs Sturm in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Francisco Pope prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd rose to their feet as C. A. Pipon Pipon's Owen Vera slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Geale Scheper. That made the score 1-0 after 26 minutes of play. C. A. Pipon Pipon's Francisco Pope played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernest Roelofs in the 29th minute of play. In the 35th match minute, C. A. Pipon Pipon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Preston McCarthy to maneuver through the defense. Kelly Hopson scored 2-0 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Geale Scheper, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Stewart Kerns got a throw-in 41 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Jose José. Kelly Hopson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Geale Scheper read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. In the 43rd minute, C. A. Pipon Pipon's Pepe Rompel ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Geale Scheper. Geale Scheper yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. After some careless play in the Homegrown defense, Owen Vera kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Geale Scheper. The Homegrown fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Geale Scheper should have stopped the shot. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Thijs Sturm to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Jose José got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Owen Vera in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Geale Scheper saved Homegrown from getting behind. When C. A. Pipon Pipon's Owen Vera in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Homegrown's goalie prevented a goal. After 61 played minutes Homegrown got a freekick which was hit by Dirk Enting. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kelly Hopson in the 62nd minute of play forced Homegrown's goalkeeper Geale Scheper to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Geale Scheper didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Owen Vera went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Francisco Pope made an important save on a dangerous shot by Thijs Sturm in the 66th minute. Ramon Kern's late challenge caught a Homegrown's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ramon Kern helped the player get up and apologised. Kelly Hopson succeeded in the game's 74th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 6-0. Geale Scheper showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jose José in the 82nd minute of the match. 88 minutes into the match, C. A. Pipon Pipon's goal looked a bit too open when Melvin Jurjens came free, but Francisco Pope reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to C. A. Pipon Pipon getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Ramon Kern hit a great ball. After 92 minutes, Owen Vera made it 7-0 with a short kick to the right side. Homegrown's Geale Scheper tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 95th minute, Jose José left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The C. A. Pipon Pipon fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. For all the effort they put into the match, the Homegrown players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for C. A. Pipon Pipon.
