Rasmus Moland was slow to take the kick. During this time Kjønstad BF's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Kjønstad BF's Rasmus Moland to fire away a dangerous shot which Tadeusz Marosz despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Tadeusz Marosz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kjell Alsvik, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Tadeusz Marosz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kjell Alsvik in the 14th minute of the match. Celso Cedro hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Romeo Giermann's late challenge caught a Kjønstad BF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Romeo Giermann helped the player get up and apologised. Romeo Giermann kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Kjell Alsvik scored 0-1 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tadeusz Marosz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Luka Krumrei had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tadeusz Marosz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celso Cedro, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Tadeusz Marosz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kjell Alsvik went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 39 minutes into the match, Kjønstad BF's goal looked a bit too open when Maxime Vrints came free, but Fred Bonk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Academica Pulheim's Carl Kröger was substituted for Amadeus Segebrecht. Tadeusz Marosz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Celso Cedro in the 53rd minute. Mario Bang received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Tadeusz Marosz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 56 minutes into the match, Kjønstad BF's goal looked a bit too open when Maxime Vrints came free, but Fred Bonk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 59th minute, Kjell Alsvik reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tadeusz Marosz. The goal made the score 0-3. Kjønstad BF's Raymond Engevik was substituted for Celso Cedro. 66 minutes into the game, Malte Rastätter was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Academica Pulheim's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kjønstad BF the free kick. Academica Pulheim's Max Kindl was substituted for Luka Krumrei. The supporters of Kjønstad BF booed when Academica Pulheim was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Malte Rastätter didn't get a good kick on the ball. Raymond Engevik came free with the goalkeeper in the 73rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Tadeusz Marosz could save by the left post. In the 74th minute, Kjell Alsvik left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kjønstad BF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Kjell Alsvik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 86 minutes into the match, Kjønstad BF's goal looked a bit too open when Maxime Vrints came free, but Fred Bonk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 90th minute Kjell Alsvik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tadeusz Marosz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edmílson Prata fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tadeusz Marosz having to interfere. Kjell Alsvik recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Academica Pulheim's Tadeusz Marosz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kjell Alsvik in the 97th minute of play. The Academica Pulheim fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Kjønstad BF were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
