When the match had gone on for 12 minutes, Michel Batistuta put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Arif Bilge Tokyürek. With 16 minutes on the clock, Alim Hastimur commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 17th minute there was a penalty for ADM Taquaras. Michel Lahm stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Arif Bilge Tokyürek. 0-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mané de Lima during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to ADM Taquaras getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Mané de Lima hit a great ball. Michel Neuer was a little too slow when Alkan İlgi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 26th minute. The score was now 1-2. The supporters of ADM Taquaras booed when H E P T A N FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ali Hamza Suer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arif Bilge Tokyürek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michel Ibrahimovic, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. In the 44th match minute, ADM Taquaras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michel Ibrahimovic to maneuver through the defense. ADM Taquaras's Mané de Lima got his second yellow card of the match in the 46th minute. The referee ordered Mané de Lima off the ground. Mané de Lima hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Michel Neuer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alkan İlgi in the 48th minute. With a little luck, ADM Taquaras's Michel Neuer got control of the ball when Alkan İlgi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Murat Akpınar hit a great ball. 61 minutes into the match, ADM Taquaras's goal looked a bit too open when Alkan İlgi came free, but Michel Neuer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gazanfer Kelim fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 68th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. After a rather tough play, H E P T A N FC's Aykut Zihni got a free kick in the 78th minute. Arif Bilge Tokyürek made an important save on a dangerous shot by Michel Ibrahimovic in the 82nd minute. Michel Neuer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alkan İlgi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 87 minutes into the match, H E P T A N FC's goalkeeper Arif Bilge Tokyürek had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Michel Ibrahimovic. In the 91st minute, Alkan İlgi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the final whistle went the supporters of ADM Taquaras were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant H E P T A N FC side.
