After 12 played minutes Vama Veche ™ got a freekick which was hit by Iordache Gâlcă. When PAIDAGOGOS's Damian Miazga in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Vama Veche ™'s goalie prevented a goal. In the 23rd match minute, PAIDAGOGOS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pakorn Gol to maneuver through the defense. Iordache Gâlcă struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Teobald Piszczor didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vama Veche ™. 30 minutes into the match, PAIDAGOGOS's goal looked a bit too open when Nistor Boacă came free, but Teobald Piszczor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 37th minute, Iordache Gâlcă got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Helmuth Duckadam made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damian Miazga in the 39th minute of play. Iordache Gâlcă could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Teobald Piszczor made a huge save. Iordache Gâlcăs short, quick shot in the 44thth minute got Teobald Piszczor to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Iordache Gâlcă got free with Teobald Piszczor in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Iordache Gâlcă made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Vama Veche ™'s goal looked a bit too open when Artur Lampe came free, but Helmuth Duckadam reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Teobald Piszczor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iordache Gâlcă, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Teobald Piszczor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nistor Boacă, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Nistor Boacă managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vama Veche ™'s supporters rose to their feet, but Nistor Boacă was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Teobald Piszczor breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Igor Watarz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in PAIDAGOGOS's zone, Iordache Gâlcă stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Teobald Piszczor came out of the goal and Iordache Gâlcă tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Iordache Gâlcă managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vama Veche ™'s supporters rose to their feet, but Iordache Gâlcă was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Teobald Piszczor breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. PAIDAGOGOS's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
