After having played for 5 minutes, Daniel Tănăsocă managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vama Veche ™'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Tănăsocă was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Helmuth Duckadam showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Richárd Márton, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Várdomb's Roch Dudkowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dan Şoimaru in the 14th minute of play. After 18 minutes Vama Veche ™'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was András Csapó who took care of the corner kick. Vama Veche ™'s Helmuth Duckadam played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rómeó Szakály in the 21st minute of play. Daniel Tănăsocă fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roch Dudkowski having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Daniel Tănăsocă during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Daniel Tănăsocă kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Helmuth Duckadam showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from András Csapó in the 27th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers András Csapó in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Helmuth Duckadam saved Vama Veche ™ from getting behind. Daniel Tănăsocă might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Roch Dudkowski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Daniel Tănăsocă ran back to his position shaking his head. After 43 minutes of play, Várdomb's András Csapó made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Helmuth Duckadam was left in no man's land by his defense there!

András Csapó fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Helmuth Duckadam having to interfere. Helmuth Duckadam made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Richárd Márton in the 53rd minute of play. Helmuth Duckadam took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adrián Fitos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Richárd Márton in the 55th minute of play forced Vama Veche ™'s goalkeeper Helmuth Duckadam to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nistor Boacă recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Vama Veche ™'s Nistor Boacă in the 61st minute got a chance for a shot 61st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Várdomb's goalie prevented a goal. 65 minutes into the match, Vama Veche ™'s Daniel Tănăsocă sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Roch Dudkowski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Rómeó Szakály put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Helmuth Duckadam. An unexpectedly hard shot by András Csapó in the 73rd minute of play forced Vama Veche ™'s goalkeeper Helmuth Duckadam to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Helmuth Duckadam made an important save on a dangerous shot by János Magyar in the 75th minute. Vama Veche ™'s Helmuth Duckadam played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by János Tábori in the 76th minute of play. 78 minutes into the game, Gergely Zornánszky was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Várdomb's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vama Veche ™ the free kick. In the 78th match minute, Várdomb was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gergely Zornánszky to maneuver through the defense. 81 minutes into the match, Vama Veche ™'s goal looked a bit too open when Rómeó Szakály came free, but Helmuth Duckadam reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Várdomb booed when Vama Veche ™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Tănăsocă didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 88th match minute, Vama Veche ™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Tănăsocă to maneuver through the defense. Vama Veche ™'s Helmuth Duckadam played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rómeó Szakály in the 89th minute of play. If Daniel Tănăsocă had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
