The referee ignored THE ROKERY PIMKIS's protests and gave Valentin Kastner a yellow card for diving instead. In the 20th match minute, THE ROKERY PIMKIS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valentin Kastner to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to ILikeSundayMornings getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Herbert Cwynar hit a great ball. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 45 minutes into the match, ILikeSundayMornings's goal looked a bit too open when Detlef Känel came free, but Tytus Grocholski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Neil Bisang was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 48th minute. THE ROKERY PIMKIS's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Witold Kiepski to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, ILikeSundayMornings's Herbert Cwynar got a free kick in the 54th minute. After some careless play in the ILikeSundayMornings defense, Gian-Carlo Van Den Maagdenberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tytus Grocholski. The ILikeSundayMornings fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tytus Grocholski should have stopped the shot. When THE ROKERY PIMKIS's Valentin Kastner in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The THE ROKERY PIMKIS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. In the 83rd minute Goliath Cadotsch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tytus Grocholski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee ended the match the THE ROKERY PIMKIS players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
