The audience thought a goal was coming when Romeo Jurado got free with Taavi Pervik in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Juan Ignacio Grove showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jakob Ojamaa in the 24th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vello Lass in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Juan Ignacio Grove prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After taking down the ball on JK Kurevere's corner Aron Tamm fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Juan Ignacio Grove quite easily take care of the ball. After 30 minutes, Lorencio Winter mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Navalito and the JK Kurevere players grew even worse after the yellow card. Lorencio Winter kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. In the 37th match minute, Navalito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Delfino Vos de Vos to maneuver through the defense. It was beautiful to see JK Kurevere's Aron Tamm in action when he in the 38th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! JK Kurevere's Taavi Pervik played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xaiver Besa in the 42nd minute of play. In the 46th minute, Gert Luijpers got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Juan Ignacio Grove made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vello Lass in the 47th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Romeo Jurado to make the kick off. With a little luck, Navalito's Juan Ignacio Grove got control of the ball when Jakob Ojamaa tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 52nd minute JK Kurevere were awarded a corner.
