The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Segundo Perutxos short, quick shot in the 3rdth minute got Gigih Bang to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Cecilio Montrel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Sportivo Luan Toro booed when 9 Lurah was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ronald Iskandar didn't get a good kick on the ball. 9 Lurah's Gigih Bang played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Segundo Perutxo in the 11th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, Sportivo Luan Toro's goal looked a bit too open when Wawan Tutupoli came free, but Gustavo Campagnuolo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustavo Campagnuolo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wawan Tutupoli in the 19th minute of play. After 22 played minutes Sportivo Luan Toro got a freekick which was hit by Gaston Romero. Segundo Perutxo's late challenge caught a 9 Lurah's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Segundo Perutxo helped the player get up and apologised. Ildefonso Manilan charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ildefonso Manilan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 29th minute, Ildefonso Manilan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ildefonso Manilan was shown his second yellow card after 30 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of 9 Lurah booed when Sportivo Luan Toro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ildefonso Manilan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 36th minute, Tatang Muttaqien hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gustavo Campagnuolo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wawan Tutupoli in the 37th minute of the match. Gustavo Campagnuolo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tatang Muttaqien in the 41st minute of play. Goel Mahal charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Goel Mahal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, 9 Lurah's Goel Mahal got a free kick in the 45th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cecilio Montrel got free with Gigih Bang in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cecilio Montrel to make the kick off. Segundo Perutxo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wawan Tutupoli in the 54th minute of play forced Sportivo Luan Toro's goalkeeper Gustavo Campagnuolo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sportivo Luan Toro's Gustavo Campagnuolo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Goel Mahal in the 55th minute of play. 61 minutes into the match, Cecilio Montrel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gigih Bang. 9 Lurah's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cecilio Montrel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. A collision led to 9 Lurah getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Apa Mau hit a great ball. When Lucas Uzuri came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Sportivo Luan Toro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lucas Uzuri couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Sportivo Luan Toro getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Adolfo Burutzagi hit a great ball. 92 minutes into the match, Sportivo Luan Toro's goalkeeper Gustavo Campagnuolo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ronald Iskandar. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Sportivo Luan Toro fans cheered their team off the field, for while 9 Lurah had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
