In the 5th match minute, Al-Kungshöjd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karl-Magnus Åman to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Gil Cearense's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kaj Hellgren was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. 13 minutes into the game, SORRISO E. C.'s Gil Cearense nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kaj Hellgren made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 18th minute Gil Cearense shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kaj Hellgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kaj Hellgren came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by SORRISO E. C.'s Ryszard Iwanowski. But to his dismay, Ryszard Iwanowski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Kaj Hellgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gil Cearense, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when William Bergendahl stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Kaj Hellgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gil Cearense, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Al-Kungshöjd's goalkeeper Kaj Hellgren, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gil Cearense sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Al-Kungshöjd's Patrik Alebom was substituted for Rolf Bolin. If Gil Cearense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gil Cearense in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kaj Hellgren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 77 played minutes SORRISO E. C. got a freekick which was hit by Ryszard Iwanowski. After some careless play in the Al-Kungshöjd defense, Ryszard Iwanowski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kaj Hellgren. The Al-Kungshöjd fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kaj Hellgren should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gil Cearense in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kaj Hellgren saved Al-Kungshöjd from getting behind. In the 85thth minute of the game Gil Cearense who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Al-Kungshöjd's Kaj Hellgren was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Caco Azevedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henry Benet in the 87th minute of play. Kaj Hellgren stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gil Cearense's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. 95 minutes into the match, Al-Kungshöjd's goalkeeper Kaj Hellgren had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ryszard Iwanowski. SORRISO E. C. played a much better game than Al-Kungshöjd and deserved their victory. The Al-Kungshöjd players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
