Armin Mantini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gavino Veremundo in the 7th minute of the match. In the 10th match minute, Mazaredo AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Norberto Abechuco to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anselmo Signori in the 13th minute of play forced Mazaredo AFC's goalkeeper Guido Vimaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabrizio Donadoni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guido Vimaro having to interfere. Silvio Ramirez kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. The supporters of Mazaredo AFC booed when Medoacus Maior was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabrizio Donadoni didn't get a good kick on the ball. Norberto Abechuco kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Armin Mantini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luciano Remir in the 23rd minute of the match. Mazaredo AFC's Guido Vimaro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Mazaredo AFC from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Mazaredo AFC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Anselmo Lope hit a great ball. The long shot by Anselmo Signori in the 30th minute really tested Guido Vimaro's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 33 minutes into the game, Arnoldo Orlondon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mazaredo AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Medoacus Maior the free kick. In the 33rd match minute, Mazaredo AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnoldo Orlondon to maneuver through the defense. In the 39th minute of the match Gavino Veremundo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Armin Mantini skillfully saved the ball. After 41 played minutes Mazaredo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Amadeo Pagomari. In the 43rd minute Anselmo Signori shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guido Vimaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Anselmo Signori stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Guido Vimaro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anselmo Signori, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Mazaredo AFC's Guido Vimaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anselmo Signori in the 55th minute of play. 58 minutes into the game, Anselmo Signori cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Guido Vimaro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Medoacus Maior's Demetrio Tozzi got a free kick in the 60th minute. In the 62nd match minute, Medoacus Maior was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabrizio Donadoni to maneuver through the defense. After 63 played minutes Medoacus Maior got a freekick which was hit by Dario Filippini. After a defensive mix-up in Medoacus Maior's zone, Gavino Veremundo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Armin Mantini came out of the goal and Gavino Veremundo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 71 minutes into the match, Mazaredo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Florian Fanfarone came free, but Guido Vimaro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Medoacus Maior defense, Luciano Remir kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Armin Mantini. The Medoacus Maior fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Armin Mantini should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Medoacus Maior's Fabrizio Donadoni got a free kick in the 78th minute. Amadeo Pagomari struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Armin Mantini didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mazaredo AFC. In the 81st minute Anselmo Signori shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guido Vimaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Guido Vimaro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anselmo Signori in the 87th minute of the match. After 87 played minutes Medoacus Maior got a freekick which was hit by Florian Fanfarone. When Florian Fanfarone came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Medoacus Maior fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Florian Fanfarone couldn't finish the play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Medoacus Maior fans cheered their team off the field, for while Mazaredo AFC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
