Spectators: 195 (Terracing: 147, Seating: 45, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when León Buisan took the kick off in the first half of the match. 7 minutes into the match, CD Suscal's goalkeeper Chatruc Valentin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leonardo Ogden. Chatruc Valentin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Colby Sherwood, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Colby Sherwood in the 13th minute of play forced CD Suscal's goalkeeper Chatruc Valentin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leonardo Ogden had several of the CD Suscal's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 23 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Chatruc Valentin as he didn't even see the shot coming. León Buisan's late challenge caught a American Airlines's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. León Buisan helped the player get up and apologised. In the 26th match minute, CD Suscal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by León Buisan to maneuver through the defense. Leonardo Ogden came free with the goalkeeper in the 28th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Chatruc Valentin could save by the left post. Chatruc Valentin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cory Ludwig in the 32nd minute of the match. Cristopher Bustamante hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Leonardo Ogden received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Chatruc Valentin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cristopher Bustamante kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Vern McAllister made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bohórquez Oton in the 45th minute of play. Claudio Gates kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leonardo Ogden was the one to do the kick off. Chatruc Valentin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Colby Sherwood, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leonardo Ogden received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Chatruc Valentin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. CD Suscal's Chatruc Valentin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonardo Ogden in the 65th minute of play. 66 minutes into the match, Colby Sherwood had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Chatruc Valentin. CD Suscal's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Colby Sherwood was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. When the match clock showed 78 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Leonardo Ogden sped through CD Suscal's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Chatruc Valentin. Chatruc Valentin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonardo Ogden in the 90th minute of play. Colby Sherwood fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chatruc Valentin having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in CD Suscal's zone, Cory Ludwig stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Chatruc Valentin came out of the goal and Cory Ludwig tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. American Airlines's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
