The referee ignored Ghostbusters CF's protests and gave Robert Bădiliță a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Ghostbusters CF's Robert Bădiliță got a free kick in the 10th minute. 13 minutes into the match, Răzvan Hăulică dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mattias Gallin, 1-0. 17 minutes into the match, Ghostbusters CF's goal looked a bit too open when Gert Pihl came free, but Cristian Orădan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 19 minutes into the match, Răzvan Hăulică notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of FC Momlinho's Mattias Gallin. Mattias Gallin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 26 minutes into the match, FC Momlinho's goal looked a bit too open when Sabin Fecioru came free, but Mattias Gallin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mattias Gallin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sabin Fecioru in the 29th minute of the match. Răzvan Hăulică's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Mattias Gallin firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 32nd minute, Tobias Wennerquist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 33rd minute Sabin Fecioru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mattias Gallin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mattias Gallin was a little too slow when Răzvan Hăulică got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 34th minute. The score was now 3-0. The supporters of Ghostbusters CF booed when FC Momlinho was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Åke Vase didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC Momlinho's Mattias Gallin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save FC Momlinho from getting a goal against them. 43 minutes into the match, FC Momlinho's goalkeeper Mattias Gallin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cezar Coposu. Ionel Tudorică kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lukas Molander stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. FC Momlinho's Eric Elg shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 59th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Cristian Orădan but with some difficulty. Cristian Orădan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lukas Molander in the 61st minute. In the 64th minute, Sabin Fecioru left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ghostbusters CF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. 70 minutes into the game, Ghostbusters CF's Cezar Coposu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mattias Gallin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Olof Hydén's late challenge caught a Ghostbusters CF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Olof Hydén helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Ghostbusters CF booed when FC Momlinho was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olof Hydén didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 75th minute of the match Laurențiu Oprișan sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mattias Gallin skillfully saved the ball. In the 76th minute, Sabin Fecioru got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 78th minute Răzvan Hăulică shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mattias Gallin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the FC Momlinho defense, Răzvan Hăulică kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mattias Gallin. The FC Momlinho fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mattias Gallin should have stopped the shot. Ghostbusters CF walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
