The referee ignored CSD Pte Derqui's protests and gave Prudencio Cordara a yellow card for diving instead. Prudencio Cordara kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. 27 minutes into the match, CSD Pte Derqui's goal looked a bit too open when Bo Ahlin came free, but David Remicio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 35th minute Bo Ahlin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Remicio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bo Ahlin in the 44th minute of play forced CSD Pte Derqui's goalkeeper David Remicio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabian Bernal struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Niklas Jonasson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CSD Pte Derqui. In the 47th minute, Bo Ahlin made a precise shot to the right of David Remicio. CSD Pte Derqui's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bo Ahlin to make the kick off.
